FY2010 REAL ESTATE & PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX BILLS
Under Massachusetts general law, the Town of Foxborough is required to complete a comprehensive revaluation of all Town properties every three years.  The revaluation process is now complete and the tax rate has been set and approved by the Department of Revenue.  The FY 2010 tax rate is $11.79 per $1,000 in value.

Your FY '10 second half ACTUAL real estate tax bill will be issued as of April 23, 2010.  The due date for this second half tax bill will be May 24, 2010.

Any payments made on your first half preliminary tax bill will be applied to your second half ACTUAL tax bill.

As of April 23, 2010, you will be able to apply for an abatement or exemption, as appropriate through the Assessors office.   As always, you will have 30 days from the date of issue to apply.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this delay in sending out actual tax bills.
