Depository Records
The Town has been provided with 3 (three) three-ring Depository Record binders for placement
by the Board and the CAC in three locations in Town for general public viewing. Included at all
Depository locations are copies of the CWMP/EIR Reports and all Appendices. These
Depositories are in the following locations:
Foxborough Water Department

- Monday - Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
- Friday 8:30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.
- Tuesday night 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Foxborough Senior Center

Boyden Library

- Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- Sunday 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
These are titled, “Depository Record”. Materials will be furnished to the Town from various
sources for inclusion in the Depository Record. A Board representative will periodically update
the Depository Record by inserting materials provided. In each, an identical project record will
be kept. These “Depository Records” are not removable from the Depositories.
