Southeastern Massachusetts Regional 911 District is a full service primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).  Our PSAP is capable of receiving wireless (cell phone) calls directly, which means that calls are not routinely transferred from the state.

Paramedics

Emergency Medical Dispatch

Helping 911 callers right where they stand.  Our center is a fully certified advanced emergency medical dispatch (EMD) center.  This allows our staff to provide pre-arrival medical and life saving instructions to callers to assist before an ambulance arrives.
