After the presentation by the 119 Morse Street Realty Trust Group to the Board of Selectmen at the July 20th BOS meeting, Town Departments were presented with a comprehensive overview of the project by Bill Buckley of Bay Colony Group and Jeremy Lake of Union Studios. The following Town staff were present at this presentation:

• Matt Brennan, Director of Public Health
• Rich Noonan, Deputy Police Chief
• David Laracy, Deputy Chief - Fire Prevention

• Barry Ringler, Building Commissioner


Following the presentation,  Planning Director Paige Duncan compiled the feedback, questions, and information regarding impact to town services and operations. Also included is a detailed background, project summary, LIP program details and why this is coming to the Board of Selectmen first.  Several other supporting documents along with the Town's Staff Report are below for resident review prior to the Board of Selectmen meeting on Tuesday, August 17th. The meeting begins at 7pm with the second Morse Street informational session scheduled to begin at 7:50pm.
