Electricity Rates Update: Foxborough Power Forward

Starting August 1, 2025, National Grid’s Basic Service prices will rise with new 6-month rates for both residential and commercial customers. However, Foxborough residents and businesses enrolled in Foxborough Power Forward will continue to benefit from a lower, stable rate.

Here’s how the numbers compare:

- Foxborough Power Forward Standard rate: 13.727¢/kWh
- National Grid Residential rate: 15.484¢/kWh
- National Grid Commercial rate: 14.411¢/kWh

If you're enrolled in Foxborough Power Forward, there's nothing you need to do — you’ll automatically receive the lower price. This program is part of the Town’s ongoing effort to offer cost savings and price stability through electricity aggregation.
