Board of Health Proposes Kratom Regulation - Rescheduled Public Hearing - January 26, 2026

The public hearing regarding the proposed Kratom regulations, originally scheduled for December 22, 2025, at 7:00pm, was canceled due to technical issues.
The public hearing has been rescheduled for January 26, 2026. Public comment continues to be welcomed. Please see the public hearing notice below for more details.
The Foxborough Board of Health will be holding a public hearing on January 26, 2026, at 7:00pm regarding the promulgation of the Board of Health regulation titled Restricting the Manufacturing, Sale, and Distribution of Kratom. The public testimony and hearing on this matter will be held within the Andrew A. Gala, Jr. Meeting Room inside Foxborough Town Hall, 40 South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
All public comment will be accepted until close of business on Friday, January 23, 2026. You may provide public comment in any of the following ways:
