**TIPS FOR ONLINE PERMITS**

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME APPLYING FOR A PERMIT SINCE DECEMBER 13, 2021, YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER BEFORE APPLYING FOR A NEW PERMIT.  PLEASE CLICK "NOT REGISTERED YET?" ONCE YOU ARE IN THE NEW PORTAL USING THE LINK BELOW.

BEFORE STARTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION:
All Contractors:  Make sure to have the following saved as separate PDF documents in your computer:  licenses; HIC (if applicable); Workers Comp. Affidavit; Certificate of Insurance for liability (listing Town of Foxborough as the certificate holder); and any house plans you may have,  (There is a link within the application if you need a blank worker's comp. affidavit.) 

Homeowners:  You will need to register for an account first.   You will need to provide a Workers Comp. Affidavit (there is a link within the application if you need a blank one) along with any house plans you may have.

Once the application is reviewed, you will get a notification to pay and the permit will be issued automatically for you to print.

Town Hall is open to the public, however the
Inspections Department is accepting all permit applications

ELECTRIC INSPECTIONS ARE CONDUCTED M-F BETWEEN 3:00PM-5:00PM
BUILDING INSPECTIONS ARE CONDUCTED DAILY DURING OFFICE HOURS
