About Us:

Mission:
The Foxborough Council on Aging and Human Services, in partnership with the community, will provide the highest quality of services and programs available to meet the ongoing needs of all Foxborough residents.

There are three components to the Foxborough Council on Aging and Human Services:

  • We are the Human Services agency that assists any Foxborough resident, of any age, in need of social services interventions.

  • We are the Council on Aging responsible for meeting the needs of any Foxborough resident, 60 years of age or older, through outreach programs and services, designed to help them maintain their independence in the community.

  • We are the Foxborough Senior Center where a host of educational programs, health clinics, social events and activities take place.
