MUNICIPAL LIEN CERTIFICATES:
The cost of a municipal lien certificate is $50.00 per parcel. All requests must be submitted by mail or in person. Requests must include the following information: 
    - 
    Date of request 
- 
    Name, address, and phone # of requestor  
- 
    Map and Parcel of property  
- 
    Property Address  
- 
    Current Owner  
- 
    A check and a self-addressed stamped envelope
