MUNICIPAL LIEN CERTIFICATES:

The cost of a municipal lien certificate is $50.00 per parcel. All requests must be submitted by mail or in person. Requests must include the following information: 

• Date of request

• Name, address, and phone # of requestor 

• Map and Parcel of property 

• Property Address 

• Current Owner

• A check and a self-addressed stamped envelope

The Treasurer/Collector reserves the right to return any request with insufficient information or payment. If you have questions or need more information, please call the Finance department directly at 508-543-1216 or visit Town Hall at 40 South Street.
