Regional Health Inspector - Paul Gilpin:Paul holds a bachelor's degree in culinary arts and food service management from Johnson & Wales University.  As of June 2022, Paul has been part of the Bristol Norfolk Public Health Partners team and performs a variety of inspections for the six collaborative towns including, restaurant and food service inspections, public and semi-public pool inspections, tobacco inspections, and many more.  Paul's background is in both restaurant and retail food service.  He has worked in restaurants, resorts, hotels, butcher shops, and grocery stores.  Paul is an avid lover of culinary arts and is excited to see the local culinary landscape continue to thrive.



Community Health Nurse - Dayana Parisien:  Dayana joined the Bristol Norfolk Public Health Partners (BNPHP) in June 2024.  With a passion for promoting health and well-being within our community, she has embarked on this new journey to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those she serves.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Laboure College where she developed a solid foundation in clinical skills and healthcare principles.  Throughout her academic journey, she was drawn to community health nursing, recognizing the profound effect that preventative care and health education can have on different populations.  

Within this role as a Community Health Nurse, she would love to have the privilege of working directly with individuals, families, and groups to improve their health outcomes.  Her responsibilities will include conducting health assessments, providing health education, and advocating for necessary resources.  Collaboration is a cornerstone of her practice.  She has worked closely with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to address the diverse needs of the population.  By forming these partnerships, she can create a network of support that extends beyond individual care, addressing the social determinants of health that often influence health outcomes.  This continuous learning enables her to provide evidence-based care and implement innovative strategies that meet the evolving needs of the community.  By leveraging her skills and knowledge, she hopes to contribute to the creation of a more equitable and healthier society. 


Regional Epidemiologist - Kasia Frenette, MPH:  Kasia has a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Public Health.  As of April 2022, she has been working as a Regional Epidemiologist for the Town of Mansfield Fire Department, serving the towns of Easton, Foxborough, Mansfield, Norton, Plainville and Sharon.  She provides the various health departments with epidemiological and public health support.  She performs routine data analysis, communicable disease surveillance, case investigation and management, as well as contact tracing.  Additionally, she provides education to the community related to the control of communicable diseases.  

Kasia has been a resident of Mansfield for 17 years where she has been raising her family.  She has had an active role on the Mansfield Board of Health since 2017.  She brings over 10 years of public health experience working as a Regional Epidemiologist in Infectious Diseases for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health.
