The Town of Foxborough is pleased to provide the following services to support our residents in recovery:
*Lyft - Free Transportation: The Foxborough Health Department has established an account with Lyft that provides residents access to non-emergency transportation addiction services and/or support and recovery services. These could include peer support groups, counseling, treatment, overdose support, social services, etc. If you or someone you know is a Foxborough resident and struggling with their recovery due to limited or no transportation access, please consider using this service. Follow the link above and complete the form. Once our Office receives the form, we will arrange the ride with Lyft and provide you with confirmation.
*Recovery Matters - All Pathways Support Group: Led by Turning Point Recovery Support Center, Recovery Matters is a check-in style group where we share our experiences with substance use disorders and our recovery, fostering hope and resilience on our journey. Because recovery matters. This support group is held every Friday at 12pm at the Foxborough Community Center Auditorium, 76 Main Street, Foxborough, MA 02035. Foxboro residency is NOT required.
