Infant Formula Recall:

ByHeart Whole Nutrition Infant Formula

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health (DPH) is alerting parents and caregivers that ByHeart Inc. has voluntarily recalled all lots of its Whole Nutrition Infant Formula due to possible contamination with bacteria that can cause infant botulism.

No cases of illness have been reported in Massachusetts. Caregivers should stop using the recalled formula immediately and throw it away or return it. Be sure to clean any containers, scoops, or surfaces that may have come into contact with the formula.

If your baby shows symptoms such as constipation, weak or altered crying, poor feeding, or difficulty swallowing, contact your pediatrician or seek medical care right away.
