New Power Forward Rates Begin in November
Foxborough Power Forward, the Town’s group electricity buying program through National Grid, will begin a new two-year contract in November 2026. Electricity supply rates will increase and remain fixed until November 2028:

Power Forward Standard: 16.354 cents per kilowatt-hour.

Power Forward Green: 19.091 cents per kilowatt-hour, with 100% renewable electricity.
Current participants do not need to take action to remain in their selected option. The new rate will appear on December bills. These rates cover electricity supply only, not the full bill. National Grid will continue to deliver electricity and handle billing and outages.
Participants may change options or leave the program without a fee. Future savings compared with National Grid are not guaranteed.
