A. All voters in Foxborough vote at the John J. Ahern Middle School which is located at 111 Mechanic Street.

A. Town Meetings are held in the auditorium at the Foxborough High School located at 120 South Street.

Q. What is an apostille and where do I obtain an apostille?

A. An Apostille is a document issued only by the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth that verifies the authenticity of the signature on the document; the capacity in which the person signing the document acted; and the identity of any stamp or seal affixed to the document (notarial stamp and seal). Q. Where may I get a certified copy of my birth certificate?

A. Birth certificates are recorded in the city/town where the birth occurred and the city/town where the parents resided at the time of birth.

Q. Where may I get a certified copy of my marriage license?

A. In Massachusetts, your marriage license will be filed in the city/town where you applied.

Q. Where may I get a certified copy of a death certificate?

A. Death certificates are recorded in the city/town where the death occured and the city/town where the person resided at the time of death. If the person died in an out-of-state hospital, that state is the only place where the certificate will be available.

Q. Where may I get a copy of my divorce decree?

A. Contact the probate court clerk in the county where your divorce decree was filed and request a certified copy.

Q. What is a signature guarantee and where do I obtain a signature guarantee?

A. A signature guarantee is a verification that your signature is genuine, and it protects you from fraudulent acitivty. Most commercial banks, credit unions, savings banks, trust companies, or member firms of domestic stock exchanges offer the Signature Guarantee Service, but not all do.
